Canes warm up: 7:15-7:45am
Visiting Team Warm up: 7:45- 8:15am
Morning relay changes due: 8:00am
Timer & Scribe meeting: 8:10am
Meet Start: 8:30am
Visiting team set up is located in the parking lot just outside the pool (outlined below in red). The entrance to our pool is off South Alden Bridge Drive. Please note that the entrance road into the pool is narrow and doesn’t accommodate for U-turns. There are a very limited number of parking spots available to residents using the tennis courts during our meet, as well as coaches and officials.
Please park safely along South Alden Bridge Drive (marked with yellow arrows in the map). Buckalew Elementary is immediately west of our pool and may have additional parking.
Visiting team set up will begin after 7:15 a.m. when the area is roped off for families to set up.
Volunteer Needs:
Ready Bench: 3 each shift
Timers: 6 each shift
Scribes: 3 each shift (Lanes 2,4,6)
Computer Verification: 1 each shift
NWAL Computer: 1 each shift
Runner: 1 for Shift 2
Lead Timer: 1 for Shift 2
